Where we deliver We deliver to Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Thailand and the United States.

Where orders ship from Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in the US.

Delivery times Delivery within the US usually takes 4–9 business days; international delivery usually takes 6–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs Standard shipping is $5.95, free on orders over $45.00. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import fees Orders sent from the US to other countries cross a customs border, so the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These aren't included in our prices.

Damaged, faulty or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn't arrive, contact ritualmaison@mail.scale1.app within 30 days with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Changed your mind? You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact ritualmaison@mail.scale1.app with your order number before sending anything back. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and EEA) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (for several goods ordered together but delivered separately: the last good).

How to withdraw To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RitualMaison, ritualmaison@mail.scale1.app) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example an email or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods Please send the goods back to the return address we give you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day you tell us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception: opened health and hygiene products The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This includes supplements and cosmetics whose seal has been opened.

Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
